Sunday, March 9: Girl Scout Sunday
Girl Scout Sunday is a time when many troops celebrate connections between Girl Scouting and their faith, learn more about other faiths, and thank faith partners for their support throughout the year.
Monday, March 10: Make New Friends Monday
Share your love of Girl Scouts by inviting a friend to participate in a Girl Scout activity. This can include attending a troop meeting, singing a song, or even making SWAPS!
Tuesday, March 11: Troop Pride Tuesday
Wear your Girl Scout uniform or apparel to ensure everyone knows you are proud to be a Girl Scout!
Wednesday, March 12: Girl Scout Birthday
Join us in commemorating the day in 1912 that Juliette Gordon Low officially registered the first 18 Girl Scouts in Savannah, Georgia. Have your own celebration with friends and family or give back to your community as a way to celebrate.
Thursday, March 13: Thankful Thursday
Show appreciation to those that make Girl Scouting possible. You can thank a troop leader, volunteer, community partner, parent, camp staff or anyone else that makes Girl Scouts possible for you.
Friday, March 14: Feel Good Friday
"Do a good turn daily" has been the Girl Scout slogan since 1912. Do a good turn for someone that will give them the feel good vibes and put
a smile on their face.
Saturday, March 15: Girl Scout Sabbath and Shabbat
Everything in Girl Scouting is based on the Girl Scout Promise and Law, which includes many principles and values that are common across religions. Think about how you live by the Girl Scout Promise and Law currently and decide what simple changes you can make to fully embody the Promise and Law.
